VITIS Wine Bar and Bistro is the first wine bar in the world to solely focus on Asian wines and Asian winemakers. It invites bold and curious lovers of the grape and visitors to Singapore, often regarded as the gateway to Asia, to seek and imbibe unfamiliar and distinctive flavours inspired by the vast and diverse region.
VITIS is a brainchild of Gary Low, previously a head sommelier in several award-winning restaurants. He has produced an exacting compedium of vinous iconociasts that shines a spotlight on Asian wines and winemakers.
