VITIS Wine Bar and Bistro is the first wine bar in the world to solely focus on Asian wines and Asian winemakers. It invites bold and curious lovers of the grape and visitors to Singapore, often regarded as the gateway to Asia, to seek and imbibe unfamiliar and distinctive flavours inspired by the vast and diverse region.
VITIS is a brainchild of Gary Low, previously a head sommelier in several award-winning restaurants. He has produced an exacting compedium of vinous iconociasts that shines a spotlight on Asian wines and winemakers.

Every detail within the space pays homage to the nuanced beauty of viticulture. Every element, from the choice of materials to the bold design, reflects the thought-provoking and visually stunning journey that VITIS offers its guests.

Our Wines

Our wines have been specially selected from some of the top vineyards in Asia. We are here to also celebrate Asian winemakers and producers who are making their mark in the region and beyond.
